Look for paired-down neutrals, light blues, and natural elements. This is not a look for fussy furniture, neon colors, or super-graphic prints. Look for wicker, canvas, and rope elements to tie into the nautical theme.
If you got modern...
Space-age modern is done to death! Look for sleek silhouettes, bright color, and pop artwork to liven up the space. Keep things minimal, modern is not about clutter or kitschy accessories.
If you got romantic...
Look for vintage suitcases at consignment stores, delicate artwork, and keep the color-scheme neutral with light pastels. This space looks expensive, but you can easily find look-a-likes at stores like Target or by buying artwork from Etsy.
